Ensure everyone is respirator fit tested & have the appropriate size
Ensure the working area is in an acceptable level of tidiness
Minimize tripping hazard, spill hazard, sharp angles/Materials (composite materials are really sharp after they cure)
Fill out FLRA and ensure all personal participating the work is aware of the hazard

Cling wrap + Spray mold release
Apply approximately 5 layers of mold release, wait 15(spray) minutes, then apply another layer.
Cutting Sheets: Ensure sheets have been cut to size in length ensuring to leave about an inch of overlap when laid overtop of the mandrel. Note that as layers are added, this overlap will decrease so make sure to account for this.
Cutting Sleeves: Sleeves must also be cut to proper size but be aware that their lengths are deceiving. When pulled tot around a mandrel their length changes and it is difficult to measure this accurately laying them out on a table. One way is to measure each piece on the mandrel, again, keeping in mind that as layers are added, the mandrel will thicken, and each piece will be shorter.
DO NOT try to eyeball the length for any composite sleeves, always find the correct size by having it lay on the mandrel
